Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day platform operations, including license management and rotation, configuration updates, and learning path upkeep.
  • •Use Udemy catalog knowledge to help customers identify relevant content, surface recommendations, and replace retired or outdated material.
  • •Deliver lightweight reporting and insights for customer admins, including which metrics to track and how to interpret them.
  • •Chase down open support requests on behalf of customer admins, follow up on ticket status, and route technical resolution to appropriate support teams.
  • •Facilitate ad hoc training sessions, webinars, and lunch-and-learns to support platform adoption and build administrator confidence.
