Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and recommend resolutions for schedule, scope changes, or delays; coordinate teams to identify risk and create forecasts.
  • •Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects, including baseline establishment and periodic CPM update comparisons.
