  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity levels, adhering to safety procedures and good housekeeping.
  • •Complete required training and provide on-the-job training to team members when requested.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance and maintain equipment using hand tools and instrumentation within required timeframes.
  • •Interface with equipment and factory computer systems to monitor parameters and alarms, and make decisions based on procedures to maintain process control.

  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand typical manufacturing production metrics.
  • •Ability to work in a team environment with good written and oral communication skills.
