Sales Cashier (QA)

Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Operate cash registers and POS systems, scan items, take payments, issue receipts, and ensure pricing accuracy with correct discounts or promotions. Count cash at shift start/end, keep the checkout area clean and organized, and support inventory restocking. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, while following cash handling and security procedures and upselling additional products/services.
