Key Responsibilities

•Drive New Business: own end-to-end process of identifying, qualifying, and capturing strategic opportunities in Poland, translating market demand into capture strategies and industrialization plans.
•Navigate and Enable Customer Landscape: act as principal commercial/industrial liaison with Polish government agencies, defense ministries, and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and support.
•Articulate Anduril's Value Proposition: evangelize Poland’s defense industrial base and how our technology translates to local benefits.
•Orchestrate Strategic Industrial Partnerships: identify and establish manufacturing and supply chain partnerships with Polish entities, including teaming agreements and technology transfer frameworks.
•Inform Product Development: translate customer needs back into engineering priorities and inform product decisions with ongoing client engagement.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in business development, capture, or commercial roles within defense/aerospace/complex technology sectors.
•Demonstrated track record as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator with country-level leadership and customer engagement.
•Prior industry or military experience is essential.
•Deep understanding of the Polish defense customer base, regulatory environment, and government engagement processes.
•Fluency in Polish and English (written and verbal).
