Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and support front-end engineering systems for the assigned product line.
  • •Provide onboarding and ongoing support for COD on software tool usage and best practices.
  • •Act as the first point of escalation onsite for systems-related issues, identifying root cause and communicating urgency to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and contribute to prioritization of MI and DA system issues tickets, and support enhancements and bug fixes as deployed.
  • •Gather requests for system enhancements and participate in product line meetings to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •At least an Associates degree with a mechanical focus from an accredited institution.
  • •3 years of drafting and/or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • •Prior experience as a COD.
  • •Proficient use of Eaton’s ETO software systems and AutoCAD and/or Inventor.
