Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and support full-range retail product opening/servicing, while maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers through sales activities.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial information analysis.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
