•Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations for each client’s needs.
•Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to provide relevant advice and increase return visits.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a drive to empower clients’ confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
