  • •Supervise and train/develop Controls Field Technicians, providing technical advice and guidance.
  • •Assist with scheduling, organizing, and dispatching technicians; collaborate with the Area Controls Manager for hiring/firing decisions.
  • •Maintain vehicles and keep records of service manuals, including scheduling and completing repair and maintenance services.
  • •Partner with Project Managers to prepare for on-site installations and repairs by reviewing building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
  • •Evaluate area safety needs/requirements, provide feedback to technicians, and support implementation of safety policies, procedures, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations as specified.
