Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with client leaders, users, product teams, and engineers to clarify what matters and shape the end-to-end experience.
  • •Create experience strategy, interaction design, information architecture, and design system-aligned outputs for buildable workflows and interfaces.
  • •Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted development tools and move from ideas to sophisticated coded prototypes.
  • •Develop implementation-ready context including accessibility requirements, acceptance criteria, and specifications usable by engineers and AI coding agents.
  • •Stay closely involved through implementation, design QA, release, and iteration to ensure shipped experiences meet user and stakeholder needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience designing and delivering complex digital products, ideally in consulting, enterprise, B2B, or workflow-heavy environments.
  • •Strong foundations across product design disciplines including interaction design, information architecture, research, service design, accessibility, and design systems.
  • •A portfolio of shipped products showing meaningful involvement from early product framing through production.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous business and user challenges into clear product models, workflows, priorities, and interfaces.
  • •Strong proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping, plus experience creating coded prototypes or production interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as React.
