Key Responsibilities

•Review HS&W plans and ensure contractors have plans in place to manage Health, Safety, Security and Welfare performance on site
•Undertake daily and weekly site inspections focused on high risk activities and controls
•Review incident investigations and monitor corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
•Ensure HS&W meetings, reporting, risk registers, inductions, training, and emergency preparedness are implemented and maintained
•Act as an ambassador for DP World, promoting its values and safety culture on site

Key Requirements

•University or higher vocational degree/diploma in health & safety, or technical education with HS&W training
•Minimum 5 years of experience managing HS&W performance on major construction projects
•Strong knowledge of health, safety, security and welfare practices on site
•Excellent communication skills in English and Thai; other languages advantageous
•Experience working in matrix organizations and expansion projects with existing operations
