Job Summary

Lead the Industrial Competence Center for Cards & Equipment at Tubize, overseeing 50-70 staff and driving performance in quality, cost and delivery. Manage supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and tests, steer the transformation plan including digital initiatives, and ensure alignment with internal/external clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Piloter la performance industrielle du centre de compétence industriel Cartes & Equipements (Qualité, Coût et Délais).
•Manager les équipes en charge de la réalisation des cartes et Equipements, incluant les aspects supply chain, logistique, manufacturing et tests, ainsi que les phases de réparation (50 à 70 pers) et leur montée en compétence.
•Participer activement aux échanges avec nos clients internes et externes (reporting d’activité, bilan qualité, acceptations client).
•Garantir l’élaboration et le suivi des plans de compétitivité sur les produits et sur les processus utilisés.
•Piloter le plan de transformation de l’entité sur son périmètre, y compris la transformation numérique.

Key Requirements

•Engineering education (ingenieur or equivalent) with initial successful team leadership experience in a production environment (5-10 years).
•Strong organizational skills with proficiency in industrial systems (ERP, PLM, MES) and human resources management, plus Lean Manufacturing expertise.
•Demonstrated leadership, dynamism, organizational sense and ability to synthesize information.
•Good command of English.
•Ideally knowledge of integration and testing processes for electronic equipment and cards.
