Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and operate thermoform equipment to keep production smooth, safe, and efficient.
  • •Perform start-up, shutdown, and cycling procedures across the thermoforming line (extruder, former, trim press).
  • •Troubleshoot and correct line issues to reduce downtime and scrap; support operators with defects and rework.
  • •Complete and document in-process quality checks, verify product specs, and handle shift-change communication and documentation.
