•Lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through detailed design and construction handoff.
•Manage external engineering firms and align deliverables with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
•Develop, review, and manage engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, and design packages.
•Partner with Project Managers and Project Controls to manage schedules and budgets and monitor engineering performance, risks, and progress.
•Lead and mentor junior engineers and project team members, supporting training and knowledge-sharing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited).
•7–9 years of experience in electric utility engineering or operations.
•1–3 years of experience leading teams, contractors, or projects.
•Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure, engineering design, and construction practices.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD (or equivalent), with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
