Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the site quality team, building capability across laboratory operations and quality systems.
  • •Manage the quality control laboratory to ensure accurate, reliable, timely analytical and sensory testing and ongoing laboratory excellence.
  • •Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, including internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • •Monitor quality performance, investigate deviations and complaints, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Partner with production, engineering, planning, maintenance, customers, and suppliers to strengthen quality performance and operational effectiveness while promoting a quality culture and compliance with SHE security requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or related field (advanced degree advantage).
  • •At least five years of experience in chemical analysis, quality management, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques including chromatography, physicochemical analysis, and method troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with quality management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functions and build relationships; fluency in written and spoken English.
