Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate crushing plant equipment (crushers, screens, conveyors, bins) to ensure safe, efficient production.
  • •Monitor equipment performance and ensure machinery is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • •Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, and assisting with repairs.
  • •Follow safety protocols: PPE use, MSHA and company compliance, daily pre-shift safety workplace exams, and immediate reporting of hazards/accidents.
