Job Summary

Lead and launch Supabase’s first Solutions Partners program from scratch, defining partner profiles, commercial models, and the operating system to scale. You’ll own strategy, commercials, partner experience, and the operating rails, start with one teammate and build the team as the program grows, driving partner-driven pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the what a Supabase solutions partner is, including ideal partner profile, tiering, and commercial model; articulate the value exchange in both directions.
•Build the program framework with requirements for entry, certification expectations, and benefits at each tier; establish partner progression.
•Land the legal and commercial frameworks with in-house counsel; draft partner agreements, referral terms, and co-sell rules.
•Stand up the operational backbone in HubSpot for tracking partners, attribution, pipeline, and reporting.
•Personally recruit and close the first 10–20 strategic partners and lead onboarding; enablement, certification, joint GTM planning, and first-deal support.
