Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the third‑shift maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with first‑ and second‑shift maintenance teams to ensure consistent maintenance coverage, communication, and standards across shifts.
•Ensure team members are trained, supported, and equipped to perform work safely and effectively.
•Facilitate regular toolbox talks and monthly communication meetings to reinforce safety, expectations, and operational priorities.
•Supervise maintenance activities supporting foundry and production equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•5 or more years of experience in industrial maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding repair, and fabrication.
•Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings, PLC logic, and mechanical systems to diagnose equipment failures.
•Experience working with mobile and material‑handling equipment and safe rigging and movement of equipment and components.
•Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
