Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the third‑shift maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate with first‑ and second‑shift maintenance teams to ensure consistent maintenance coverage, communication, and standards across shifts.
  • •Ensure team members are trained, supported, and equipped to perform work safely and effectively.
  • •Facilitate regular toolbox talks and monthly communication meetings to reinforce safety, expectations, and operational priorities.
  • •Supervise maintenance activities supporting foundry and production equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •5 or more years of experience in industrial maintenance, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding repair, and fabrication.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical drawings, PLC logic, and mechanical systems to diagnose equipment failures.
  • •Experience working with mobile and material‑handling equipment and safe rigging and movement of equipment and components.
  • •Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
