Partner with merchants and brands to improve creator attach rate and conversions, using analytics (traffic, CVR, AOV, retention) to identify growth levers and optimize the content-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Define short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Consumables creator development strategy to drive creator GMV growth and category penetration.
•Scale high-quality creator supply through structured incubation, tiering, and performance management.
•Build creator growth playbooks (e.g., self-live, affiliate, IP campaigns) and identify top creators based on GMV and content efficiency.
•Drive merchant × creator collaboration and partner with brands on creator-driven growth strategies (e.g., IP Campaign, Super Brand Day, New Arrivals).
•Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, CVR, AOV, retention) and build case studies to optimize content-commerce efficiency and ecosystem adoption.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator/affiliate ecosystems, or digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of consumables categories (e.g., Beauty, Personal Care, Health, Pet) and their online sales dynamics.
•Proven experience in growth strategy, creator ecosystem scaling, or merchant operations.
•Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills (exposure to LATAM markets is a plus).
