Key Responsibilities

  • •Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution.
  • •Manage caseloads with adherence to case strategy and client guidelines.
  • •Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of the case.
  • •Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate billing and client reporting while meeting KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler (ILEX, LPC, etc.)
  • •Experience handling linked and organised fraud is desirable but not essential

  • •Understanding of insurance litigation practice and indemnity principles
  • •Knowledge of the litigation process and CPR
