Key Requirements

  • •10+ years running programs or portfolios in a technology org, working directly through complexity, competing stakeholders, and ambiguity.
  • •Demonstrated complex program management, including building a portfolio system of record from scratch or rebuilding it after it broke.
  • •Habit of using LLM assistants and agents (e.g., Claude) as a default way of working, with judgment about when AI isn’t appropriate and discipline verifying outputs.
