Coordinate chemical inventory tracking for onsite lab and production operations, supporting daily and annual reviews across multiple laboratories. Reconcile chemical materials in the inventory database, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and investigate issues like expiration dates, duplicate shipments, overages, incorrect deliveries, and no-charge replacements. Communicate with suppliers for proof of delivery and shipment inquiries, and partner with material purchasing teams to optimize inventory usage and investment.
