Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal design, architecture, technology, and product teams to align foundry process with product PPA targets.
  • •Drive technology development and product evaluation by ensuring readiness of PDKs and design/verification flows.
  • •Act as a technical liaison supporting process technology and product definitions, testchip and product designs, DFM practice definition, and silicon analysis/debug.
  • •Support technology-to-product issue resolution from early evaluation through NPI phases with data-driven solutions for device, interconnect, or yield challenges.
  • •Coordinate with reliability and packaging teams to evaluate and mitigate product reliability and Si-package interaction risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering or physical science, preferably with an advanced degree (MS or PhD).
  • •Over 8 years of relevant experience with semiconductor technology development.
  • •Familiarity with industry-standard digital and mixed-signal IC design and verification flows.
  • •Experience in semiconductor process integration, DTCO (design technology co-optimization), yield engineering, or foundry enablement.
  • •Understanding of device physics, process variability, and wafer-level reliability.
