Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal and financial progress.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support a client acquisition and relationship-deepening strategy.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation; assist with teller-line transactions and participate in huddles and debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
