Job Summary

Partner with clients in and through KeyBank branches to uncover financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that support financial wellness. Drive individual activity and sales outcomes by opening personal and business accounts, deepening relationships, and leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and referrals. Ensure compliance across risk, security, audit, and documentation requirements, while supporting teller-line branch operations and participating in huddles and debriefs.

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal and financial progress.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support a client acquisition and relationship-deepening strategy.
•Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation; assist with teller-line transactions and participate in huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Minimum 1 year experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
