Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end delivery and governance of the OneERP landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • •Develop strategies for continuous improvement of Finance processes (FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Product Costing).
  • •Act as primary interface between DTICI (India), DTAG (Germany), and business stakeholders; foster collaboration and communication.
  • •Review and optimize the OneERP landscape using best practices; ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards and maintain data integrity/security.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical leads, including performance management and budgeting for OneERP operations (Run & Maintenance and RMT delivery).

Key Requirements

  • •8-10 years of experience in program management, leading complex projects and initiatives.
  • •Strong background in Finance processes including FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • •Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (or other leading ERP systems) with understanding of architecture and functionality.
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience in global, matrix organizations.
  • •Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deliver on time and within budget, and willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required.
