  • •Review contractors’ work breakdown structures and Level 1 to Level 4 schedules.
  • •Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Validate activity logic, durations, calendars, constraints, milestones, and resource loading; track assumptions and delay registers.
  • •Prepare and monitor planned-versus-actual S-curves, resource histograms, look-ahead schedules, milestone trackers, and dashboards.
  • •Analyze schedule slippage, support delay-event chronology for extension-of-time claims, and verify schedule-linked milestones for invoice certification.
