Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, optimize, and sustain equipment process conditions and technologies for stable semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Upgrade process capability to improve equipment performance, reduce production cost, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness via continuous improvement.
  • •Set up, maintain, and optimize process parameters for semiconductor assembly and inspection equipment.
  • •Lead abnormal event analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and preventive improvement to reduce recurrence and production impact.
  • •Evaluate and plan new equipment, materials, automation solutions, and engineering technologies, using AI monitoring and predictive analytics to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment engineering, ideally in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Experience in production line integration, manufacturing operations, or material management (preferred).
  • •Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow specifications and quality requirements.
