Tax Manager

Manage day-to-day tax responsibilities for funds, management companies, and the family office within a global multi-manager hedge fund. Prepare partnership tax computations and work papers, automate parts of the tax function, liaise with external tax service providers, and review compliance. Handle taxing authority notices, coordinate ASC 740 analyses, and research complex tax treatment for financial instruments, corporate actions, and related estate tax matters.
