Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead a team of risk managers managing Packaging and Energy commodity portfolios, supported by market insights, research, and compliance.
  • •Oversee the global commodity risk management program using physical and financial instruments including futures and forward contracts, physical inventory, forecasting, and senior management communication.
  • •Design and implement short-, mid-, and long-term hedging strategies and deliver advanced risk analytics, market guidance, and performance metrics.
  • •Coordinate strategy alignment with stakeholders across the Zone, obtain approvals, and document strategies for internal auditing.
  • •Ensure full compliance with the Global Commodity Risk Management and Hedging Policy and related procurement and conduct policies, reporting on compliance and other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in a related field.
  • •At least 7 years of extensive Commodity Risk Management experience within a leading global CPG.
  • •Ability to effectively negotiate and influence business decisions and change.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • •Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with high results-orientation.
