Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the GhostEye Systems Engineering team’s execution of Systems Engineering scope across the GhostEye product line.
  • •Act as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with customer technical counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
  • •Provide technical and functional leadership, including broad radar technology knowledge and understanding of export/import compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate with other IPT/CPT leads and drive collaboration and alignment across Raytheon business units, functions, programs, and external partners.
  • •Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations and provide insight using program and financial metrics (e.g., bookings, sales, operating profit, cash; CPI/SPI, EAC).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in GhostEye/LTAMDS programs (or similar) across system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment.
  • •Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • •Earned Value Certification (preferred).
