Job Summary

Lead Systems Engineering execution across the GhostEye product line for the GhostEye V120 program. Serve as the primary systems point of contact with customer technical counterparts and internal engineering and program leadership, driving alignment across business units and partners. Provide technical and functional leadership for radar systems scope, coordinate cross-functional IPT/CPT leads, and deliver internal/external technical presentations while supporting compliance, program metrics, and prioritization decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the GhostEye Systems Engineering team’s execution of Systems Engineering scope across the GhostEye product line.
•Act as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with customer technical counterparts and internal senior program/engineering leadership.
•Provide technical and functional leadership, including broad radar technology knowledge and understanding of export/import compliance requirements.
•Coordinate with other IPT/CPT leads and drive collaboration and alignment across Raytheon business units, functions, programs, and external partners.
•Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations and provide insight using program and financial metrics (e.g., bookings, sales, operating profit, cash; CPI/SPI, EAC).

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
•Experience in GhostEye/LTAMDS programs (or similar) across system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment.
•Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Earned Value Certification (preferred).
