Branch Leader - Ocoee

Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, leadership, and day-to-day execution. Grow branch revenue by developing small business and mass affluent opportunities through face-to-face client work, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling. Partner with IRM and operations teams to promote One Team culture.
