Client Services Asset Management Lead

Oversee IT hardware asset management operations in a high-volume environment, leading a team that manages daily workflows, timelines, and customer experience. Drive program management activities including budgeting and forecasting analysis, staffing and performance management, and service improvement. Ensure asset management tools and software are used to identify, document, track, and resolve issues, while monitoring performance metrics and proactively recommending solutions. Address customer disputes and support special projects.
