Job Summary

Design, implement, and manage SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions to optimize supply and demand planning. Lead SAP IBP module implementations (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP), translate business requirements into IBP configuration and planning models, and set up time-series and order-based planning. Manage integrations between IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or interfaces, and deliver workshops, training, testing, and global best-practice guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP).
•Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
•Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
•Manage integrations between IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces.
•Build planning views, analytics, and dashboards; run workshops, user training, and testing while providing global best-practice guidance.

Key Requirements

•In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules and planning processes, including forecasting, supply, and inventory optimization.
•Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and external data sources.
•Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates.
•7–10 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT; SAP Certified Application Consultant for SAP Integrated Business Planning is preferred.
