Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the function to shape the business’ strategic direction by analyzing market context, opportunities, risks, and challenges, including emerging or disruptive trends.
  • •Provide insights and recommendations that translate wider strategy into executable elements, including defining KPIs/OKRs, opportunity sizing, and delivery plans.
  • •Facilitate executive decision-making by preparing high-quality analysis, thematic papers, management information, and forum materials for senior leaders.
  • •Develop and manage stakeholder partnerships with internal teams, business partners, industry organizations, and solution providers to identify opportunities.
  • •Oversee ideation, formation, and delivery of cross-functional strategic projects, coordinating milestones and managing internal and external engagements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree preferably in a relevant business field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • •Proven working experience in the insurance industry, including delivering initiatives within in-house strategy functions of reputable multinational organisations.
  • •Self-driven, analytical, independent, with strong business acumen to navigate complex challenges and relationships.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • •AI proficiency to evaluate AI risks and opportunities.
