Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend to engine testing activities in the test cell, including pre-test setup and execution.
  • •Verify that test procedures comply with OEM specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Assist in identifying and troubleshooting performance deviations and work with performance engineers to resolve root causes.
  • •Support test correlation, verification, and validation activities with OEMs and internal engineering teams.
  • •Assist with performance engineer incident investigations, non-conformance reporting, and corrective actions related to test cell activities, and liaise with vendors/contractors when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO).
  • •Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • •Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
  • •Ability to interpret and draft technical reports; effective communicator with strong technical writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
