Provide an exceptional client experience at branch locations while driving small business lending referrals and maintaining a consumer/business lending pipeline. Consult clients on bank products and services, educate them on digital banking capabilities, and book or process account and lending requests. Handle client communication, issue resolution, and appointments, and support branch operations through training, mentoring, and coaching of team members.

•Lead client sales and service experience at branch locations and support branch operations through training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
•Build and maintain a consumer/business lending pipeline by deepening client and center of influence relationships; conduct outbound calls and networking and deliver banking presentations.
•Consult clients on bank products and services using need-based sales techniques; identify and facilitate referral opportunities to other business lines.
•Communicate with current and prospective clients to educate, resolve issues, develop loyalty, and solicit feedback; handle client appointments including walk-ins.
•Open and maintain accounts, process requests and inquiries, and assist with branch lending by accepting applications, answering questions, and booking loans.

Key Requirements

•H.S. Diploma (or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
•NMLS Registration required.
•4+ years of banker/client relationship consultant or related sales experience with established goals.
•Advanced knowledge of retail products, services, policies, procedures, documentation, and systems.
•Ability to analyze client credit data and recommend solutions using selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
