Key Responsibilities

  • •Seek business opportunities by promoting Honeywell and third-party maintenance solutions, pursuing maintenance orders and retrofit jobs.
  • •Maintain financial control of jobs against agreed budgets and plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical or Building Services engineering (or related discipline).
  • •2+ years project/maintenance service experience (or 3–4 years with a top-up degree; or 4–5 years with higher diploma/certificate).

  • •Hands-on knowledge of Honeywell systems/products (e.g., Building Control, Extra Low Voltage System) or similar industry systems.
  • •Good knowledge of cloud/IoT connectivity and computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Professional, software programming, computer networking).
