Group Manager Business Integrity and Compliance

Lead the Qantas Business Integrity and Compliance team with a focus on maturing the Group’s sanctions compliance framework. Own the ongoing development and implementation of sanctions policies, standards, risk assessments, governance, and escalation processes. Provide specialist, risk-based advice on complex multi-jurisdictional sanctions regimes, oversee high-risk assessments and enhanced due diligence, and build capability through training, guidance, and reporting to senior leaders and the Board.
