Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement stage-appropriate DMPK strategies with an AI-first approach, integrating quantitative pharmacology and overall project strategy.
  • •Design screening cascades and mechanistic experiments to support data-driven project progression.
  • •Integrate DMPK, PD, and toxicology data to produce decision-making insights, including dose and safety-window predictions.
  • •Define quantitative pharmacology strategy in collaboration with pharmacology leads and optimize use of Isomorphic Labs datasets to answer DMPK questions.
  • •Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for human PK prediction and author DMPK sections of regulatory documents.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a relevant subject.
  • •7–10+ years of professional DMPK experience in a biotech or pharma setting, delivering small-molecule DMPK outcomes collaboratively.
  • •Experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages to support early clinical development, including authoring/reviewing regulatory documents (ideally oncology or immunology).
  • •Experience partnering closely with preclinical and clinical teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of biotransformation and PK modeling/scaling of ADME properties.
