Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle activities across software development, testing, and operational support.
  • •Create technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments.
  • •Support DevOps teams across product/service release and change stages with strong domain knowledge and customer focus.
  • •Automate continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines within a DevOps product/service team to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Raise production change requests, deploy code to production, and resolve production issues promptly, including rare overnight support when called.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of IT working experience in an enterprise or global environment.
  • •Hands-on experience developing ETL (e.g., datastage, shell).
  • •Knowledge of DevOps and Agile Scrum methodology.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment/release methodologies.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with self-motivation and the ability to learn under pressure.
