Job Summary

Build, repair, and test multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment. Assemble and troubleshoot electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems using work orders, schematics, test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. Perform parts audits for defects, complete job documentation, and install software or make programming-related repairs when needed to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Use work orders, including schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and instructions, to build, repair, and test equipment (electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, and related components).
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs under moderate supervision.
•Receive parts, run audits to ensure necessary parts are available, inspect parts for defects, and troubleshoot and improve processes.
•Test assemblies, subassemblies, and components using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
•Complete required job documentation (data entry) and perform computer programming/repairs or software installs when needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma.
•1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience (or comparable industry or military experience).
•Ability to follow standard operation procedures (written and verbal).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using established procedures or scientific methods.
•Knowledge of basic hand tools and ability to work the Monday–Friday 4pm–1:30am shift.
