Job Summary

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for practice owners and practice success managers across Finni Health’s multi-state workforce. Advise on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning, and coach managers on conflict resolution and people practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, manage leave and ADA accommodations, analyze HR metrics, support onboarding/offboarding, and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting for clinical and operational roles.

•Serve as the primary HR point of contact for practice owners and practice success managers across a multi-state footprint.
•Advise on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
•Coach managers on effective people practices, conflict resolution, and team development.
•Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage leave of absence administration and ADA accommodations.
•Maintain employee records in the HRIS, support HR policy rollout, and analyze HR metrics for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 84,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in an HR generalist role with HRBP responsibilities.
•Direct experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a healthcare/clinical services environment.
•Experience supporting employees across multiple states with working knowledge of multi-state employment law.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•Active HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
