Provide on-site IT troubleshooting and event support for Live Nation venues, serving as a liaison to remote IT teams. Track and resolve recurring technology issues, assist visiting IT service providers, and support tour production connectivity. Manage onsite IT equipment (including POS terminals), help validate setups before gates open, and contribute to deployments, infrastructure extensions, and seasonal readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue staff as needed.
•Identify, track, and help resolve persistent venue technology issues and ensure appropriate escalation to remote support teams.
•Act as an onsite liaison with remote IT support teams troubleshooting venue technology issues.
•Provide guided access and onsite contact for visiting IT service or support providers.
•Support “day of show” IT by ensuring POS and access control technologies have no outstanding hardware/software issues prior to gates opening.

Key Requirements

•Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance to venue administrative, operations, and production staff.
•Identify and escalate persistent technology issues to remote support teams using established procedures.
•Be able to support tour production by helping establish artist internet connectivity and meet artist/tour IT rider terms.
•Have experience and in-depth knowledge of Apple iOS, MS Windows, and network technologies (preferred).
•Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with flexibility for evening/weekend on-call shifts and extended event hours.
