Job Summary

Lead and scale NTT DATA’s Insurance consulting capability across the UK and Ireland, driving business transformation programs for Life & Pensions, Specialty, and General Insurance clients. Build trusted senior relationships, shape go-to-market propositions, and support proposal and bid activities. Deliver integrated client solutions alongside technology and delivery teams while mentoring consultants, strengthening client accounts, and representing the firm in workshops, events, and executive discussions.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Life & Pensions, Specialty, and General Insurance clients.
•Lead consulting engagements across business transformation, operating model redesign, digital transformation, customer experience, and regulatory change.
•Support growth of NTT DATA’s Insurance consulting capability across the UK & Ireland and help shape sector offerings.
•Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, bids, and strategic pursuits.
•Mentor and develop consultants, support recruitment, and represent NTT DATA in client workshops, industry events, and executive discussions.

Key Requirements

•Strong consulting and/or industry leadership experience within Insurance.
•Experience across Life & Pensions, Specialty Insurance, and/or General Insurance.
•Proven experience delivering transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
•Strong understanding of insurance operating models, customer journeys, distribution, claims, policy administration, and regulatory change.
•Experience contributing to consulting sales, account growth, or proposition development, with strong stakeholder management and communication.
