Senior Research Scientist - DPU & AI Infra

Build and advance ByteDance’s DPU and AI infrastructure by designing high-performance, low-latency DPU network software and partnering with hardware teams on software-hardware co-design for networking and storage acceleration. Drive end-to-end performance optimization from OS kernels and drivers through user-space runtimes, while exploring AI/ML infrastructure acceleration for distributed training and inference. Contribute to architecture, technical proposals, and long-term research directions.
