Key Responsibilities

•Call, follow up and schedule appointments for customers to come in and appraise and purchase their used vehicles.
•Utilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.
•Interface with current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.
•Approach, greet, and engage dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.
•Appraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures, and inputting vehicle data into Sonic's automated inventory management system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

•Demonstrated success in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Strong ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and address their needs and concerns professionally.
•Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and articulate demeanor over the phone.
•Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
•Comfortable using CRM software, productivity tools, and other technology platforms to manage leads and track progress.
