Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own the Appspace sales enablement roadmap linked to pipeline, win rate, and ramp time goals; establish cadence for onboarding, training, deal clinics, and competitive reviews; define and report success metrics to Sales and Marketing leaders; partner with Sales Leadership to close skill gaps with structured learning programs
  • •Build and maintain a centralized sales content library including pitch decks, discovery guides, objection handling frameworks, ROI tools, and competitive battlecards; translate product capabilities into rep-friendly narratives and talk tracks; create role-specific content for different sales motions; audit and refresh existing content; own the content management system, governance, tagging, analytics, and adoption
  • •Redesign sales onboarding for new AEs, SDRs, and SEs to reduce time-to-first-deal; create structured paths covering product knowledge, sales methodology, and value-based selling; develop a manager enablement track for coaching consistency
  • •Embed and reinforce a consistent sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) across the sales org; build deal qualification frameworks aligned to ICP; partner with RevOps to align enablement programs to CRM stages and pipeline reviews; leverage win/loss analysis to inform content priorities
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing—translating field feedback into product marketing inputs; collaborate with Customer Success to leverage case studies and expansion motions; partner with RevOps on tooling, workflow automation, and data to boost rep productivity

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a field-facing role in B2B SaaS
  • •Demonstrated experience building or scaling a sales enablement function
  • •Strong content creation skills — ability to write battlecards, pitch decks, and discovery guides
  • •Experience with a recognized sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar)
