Key Responsibilities

•In partnership with program management leads, drive the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation of operational projects for revenue systems and solutions with your assigned team(s).
•Support the end-to-end delivery of program work by reporting progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and systems, and removing blocking issues to enable successful delivery.
•Organize and perform intake analysis and tasks across cross-functional teams, aligning focus and priorities with published Best Practices and SOPs.
•Contribute to meaningful retrospectives with your team(s) to identify improvements for efficiency of operational processes.
•Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution, including dependencies across other teams or programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,000 - 109,000 annually

•Understanding industry standards and best practices in operational assurance.
•Experience operating in agile delivery and waterfall model(s).
