Job Summary

Support the Front Office Systems (FOS) team as a systems intern for the Bloomberg AIM platform. Collaborate on static data maintenance, business-as-usual activities, and user query handling, including status calls with investment management teams. Build expertise in Bloomberg AIM and Terminal while learning investment workflows from order management through post-trade processing. Help improve existing processes by exploring AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and work closely with compliance and operations stakeholders.

•Maintain static data, perform business-as-usual (BAU) activities, and respond to user queries.
•Participate in status calls with investment management teams across regions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
•Develop technical expertise in Bloomberg AIM and Bloomberg Terminal while learning investment management workflows (order management, trade execution, compliance monitoring, post-trade processing).
•Work across the trading lifecycle with Investment Managers, Compliance Officers, and Operations teams.
•Contribute to reviewing and improving existing processes by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
