  • •Own the strategy and delivery for all forms of tradecraft supply, including permanent headcount, contingent worker requirements, and specialist partner vetting.
  • •Partner with engineering leadership to forecast demand for craft skills and scale the talent mix across UWS sites.
  • •Advocate for tooling and infrastructure budgets, defining UWS needs and building business cases for funding.
  • •Define, maintain, and continuously improve craft standards and quality gates aligned with Thales Engineering Fundamentals.
  • •Lead and support site-based technical leads through coaching, mentoring, quality assurance, and employee well-being and performance reviews.
